1972 Porsche 911 Carrera RS

First unveiled in 1972, the Porsche 911 Carrera RS was one of the fastest cars which entered mass production, being able to run with a maximum speed of no less than 150 mph. The RS, which actually means that the car had a rear-wheel drive system combined with several sports features, had a 2.7-liter engine which could produce a maximum power of 210 hp. Combined with a 5-speed manual transmission, the 1972 Carrera RS could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in no less than 5.5 seconds which is quite impressive for a car model launched during the ’70s.
